PERSONALITY Hmm, what can I say about myself that isn't already known? I'm a free spirit. I'm sexually attracted to both sexes, but I've only ever had romantic relationships with guys. I'm quirky like that, I guess. I love, feel compassion, and all of that other girly stuff. I'm very down to earth, almost a girl next door type. Oh I'm also a very artistic person hence the fact that I am an artist. I'm also a bit of a romantic at heart so yes, I do get a kick out of the fact that I'm from Verona, the supposed home of Romeo and Juliet.
CHARACTER HISTORY My history, well, do I really have to relive it? Alright, fine, if I must, but I warn you that it is probably not all that interesting. My mother Viviana was born and raised in Verona. It was one of the cities in Italy that my father, Carmelo, the brother of the head of the Moretti crime family hid in when things got too tense in his hometown of Venice. My parents met when my mother was my age and they were instantly smitten with each other. Unfortunately they only lasted a month before Dad had to return to Venice.
Mom found out she was pregnant soon after, but had no way of contacting him. So when Dad finally did return to Verona, Mom was in her third trimester of pregnancy. They were married soon after and then I, Elizabeth Luciana Moretti, was born. I'm not sure how it happened, but somehow we ended up staying in Verona. I had a pretty normal childhood despite being the niece of a mob boss.
Of course everything wasn't all peachy. Dad often traveled to Venice over periods of time and I found out later on when I was a teenager that he often had women on the side. I'll never understand it, but Mom knew everything yet she never even tried to divorce him. Oddly enough, the only time I don't see him acting like a bastard is when he is with mom. It's as if he reserves the sweet loving side just for her. Anyway, as a kid, I always loved to color and as I got older, I began to draw too.
Drawing soon turned to sketching and by the time I was a teenager, I had begun painting. Mom let me take art classes on the side and it was during the class where we had to paint portraits of nude models that I realized that I was sexually attracted to girls. I mean, don't get me wrong, I was 16 at the time so of course I knew I was sexually attracted to guys. Of course being sexually attracted to both sexes confused me at first until I did some research and learned of bisexuality.
It was my seventeenth birthday that changed everything for me when it came to my opinion of my father. He gave me a gun and taught me how to use it. Of course I was against it, but Dad insisted. Trust me, as far as I am concerned, the mob portion of our family is all my cousin Alexandria's. I'm perfectly content with my art and my friends. I pursued art in college and soon after moved to Venice. By then, I had sold some of my art and had begun to make a name for myself. I was thrilled when a local gallery owner named Noah Davis displayed some of my art in an exhibit.
Since then, we've become good friends. Unfortunately I am also aware that being in Venice more than likely puts me on my father's radar, but I have so far been able to avoid him. Maybe I'll even be lucky enough to visit with my cousin Alexandria without having to bump into my father.
